How to report abuse in AlertPay?
I had have deposited $5.55 to a website which were offering mutual fund opportunity for forex business and was telling that I will earn 1% profit of my deposited amount, by daily basis for next 45 days and the main deposited amount will also be returned me, after the next 45 days. So I believed them and did a deposit of $5.55 in their account, through their website. I had done this deposit on 9th December,2009 by AlertPay, but till now there is just 0 (zero) profits in my account (which account is with their website). So I did try to report this to AlertPay and wanted to get my money back, but I was unsuccessful. So can you please help me in this regards and oblige me thereby?
And also let me know if there is any another website for the same purpose of mutual fund for forex, whom I can believe and with whom I can deposit the same type of amount to start a mutual fund for forex.
This kinds of Scemes are known as HYIPs -High Yeild Investment Programs. They are all scams. They prefer to take payments using e-currency only. Once they convince more and more people to invest they simply vanish. Consider 45% profit in 45 Days is Mind Boggling.
You dont have Mutual Funds in Forex. But yes you have managed accounts. But returns are just reasonable. Here you will need all documentation and you will need to send funds using Banks only.
You can also manage your own account using third party providers.
